Unusual projects
Custom and unusual projects
A part that no longer exists, a machine without drawings, a modification you were refused elsewhere. Call us. We will at least come take a look.

What people ask us
- Modify existing equipment: extend, shorten, add a bracket or a mount.
- Repair a machine whose manufacturer no longer exists or no longer answers.
- Build a one-off part in steel, stainless or aluminum from a sketch.
- Weld a chassis, a frame, a cart or a display stand to your dimensions.
- Repair rather than replace, when the new part costs too much or does not exist.
Two real examples: a smoke leak repaired on a coffee roaster with no technical drawings, and a pole dance bar modified for a customer. The photos are on the projects page.
How we approach an unusual project
- 01
We look
A photo and two lines are enough to start. We call back with questions, not with a no.
- 02
We say if it can be done
And at what price. If it is not our trade, we say that too, and point you in the right direction.
- 03
We draw if needed
A dimensioned sketch, approved with you before the first cut.
- 04
We build, we test
On site with the mobile unit or in the shop. You try the part before we leave.
When a part touches safety, such as a load-bearing structure, a pressure vessel or lifting gear, we say so and refer you to an engineer or a certified manufacturer.

Describe your project in two lines
A photo or a sketch if you have one. We call you back fast.
